Hockey referee clothing? - referee sweater
I am in my third year of reffing hockey only one atomic layer in a system with two men. So far the songs I had in the games was very cold and all I (under my shirt, hoodies referee of the hood were not much stands out as a professional appearance was not to use) force of the atom. But yesterday I was talking to the ref and Co-ordinator said that it'd be linesing Peewee some games this year, and most games were from my town (most likely cold) in the other tracks. And I want to leave a good impression on new people.
My question is: What can I use with my refs / linesman Jersey, which you sent it warm and professional than a bulky sweater?

You can buy a kind of category under armor shirt which is fine, firm, or just a T-shirt with narrow sleeves in general. When the T-shirt is tight, clinging to your body and better insulation. You can use a long-sleeved shirt or a regular turtleneck top. I think the reason why you're cold, because hoodies relaxed, so that cold air enters your body with ease.
And why not a Norwegian wool sweaters? I have one, but they often do not contribute here,
