Why Are Arms Sore From Snowboarding How Sore Will I Be After My Second Day Of Snowboarding?

How sore will I be after my second day of snowboarding? - why are arms sore from snowboarding

Yesterday I went snowboarding for my first day and my arms and my legs are very painful. I go snowboarding in two weeks again and I have followed the practice two days later. I wonder whether I be a pain again? Does anyone know or learn first hand?

Plan to be painful. I know that when I learned, I felt as if someone with a baseball bat in the first time I was beaten. However, go out and enjoy any way, without worrying about the consequences. The pain is for a short time, but the memories remain of learning to snowboard with you forever as they learn.

Enjoy!

It will be painful if you destroy a lot. I was just another hour and a half for a trip snowboard school. And I had 2 wrecks very uncomfortable, and I am sure you will feel it tomorrow. Damn, I am now haha. Wristbands Just be careful and use to! I have this time I fell on my knees, instead of a wrist injury.

Good luck and have fun.

if there is not much pain, but not all the time. Snowboard uses many muscles that do not use it very often. People who are in good shape after rolling was when we hurt a lot. But if you think throwing a lot to do, do not be surprised by the arms of his easy way to break em. I sat back like a mummy, and blame.

Well, if you tend to not much more, then you will, what is expected to be able to run some points, but should after one or two days, you do not continue to increase. But if you do not fall, the weapons, probably not fly.

If you walk the first day, not much worse. Take it easy on the second day and stretch the muscles and you feel much better.
